Treppio
Treppio is the second part of the municipality of Sambuca Pistoiese developed between 610 metres of the village of "Piazza" and 750 metres of the town castle, along the valley of Limentra Eastern. The site was an ancient possession of Lords of pond race Longobarda, contended during the medieval period between Bologna and Pistoia, joined in 1219 to the Commune Tuscan passing under the authority of the Tuscan commune in 1219.
